Robert Titus
President
Robert Titus joined Titus Commercial in 2002 as a route technician, gaining firsthand experience in the day-to-day demands of commercial laundry operations and customer service. As the company expanded its technical service capabilities, Robert played a key role in building and growing the industrial laundry equipment repair division, helping establish Titus Commercial as a trusted service partner across multiple industries.
Through years of operational leadership and hands-on industry experience, Robert continued to advance within the organization, eventually being named Vice President before assuming leadership of company operations in 2012.
Today, as President of Titus Commercial, Robert leads the company with a continued focus on operational reliability, customer partnership, and long-term growth while carrying forward the values and service standards the company was built on since its founding in 1987.
Hope Titus
Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer of Titus Commercial, Hope Titus leads the company’s marketing strategy, brand development, and business growth initiatives. Working alongside President Robert Titus, she plays an integral role in expanding the company’s market presence while strengthening the customer relationships and operational values that have defined Titus Commercial for decades.
Under Hope’s leadership, Titus Commercial has continued to grow its reach across the southeastern United States and the Caribbean, building strategic partnerships and expanding awareness of the company’s commercial laundry, chemical, and technical service divisions.
With a focus on brand positioning, customer engagement, and long-term growth, Hope continues to help shape the future of Titus Commercial while supporting the company’s commitment to responsive service and operational excellence.
Jan Smith

Titus Commercial was founded by Jan Smith, whose determination and entrepreneurial vision helped build the company from the ground up. Originally from Iowa, Jan relocated to Florida to take over the operations of a struggling coin-operated laundry route and successfully transformed it into what would become Titus Commercial.
Through years of hands-on leadership, operational discipline, and an unwavering commitment to customer service, Jan expanded the business into a trusted provider of commercial laundry equipment service, chemical solutions, and operational support across multiple industries.
Her leadership established the foundation and values that continue to define Titus Commercial today — reliability, responsiveness, and long-term customer partnership.
Following her retirement in August 2025, Jan’s legacy continues under the leadership of President Robert Titus as the company enters its next generation of growth and expansion.
